About Me:  I have been in the computer industry since 1994, graduating from Griffith University (Majoring in Software Engineering & Information Management).  I became a software developer, creating custom database software for corporate clients.  After 10 years I had a career break, buying a franchise in the service industry.  Starting Penguin Tech Services in 2008.
